This is a 1099 independent contractor position with a 100% commission-based compensation structure, allowing you to control your income potential and reap the rewards of your hard work.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do – Make a Real Difference
As an insurance agent, you’ll help clients find the best insurance solutions while building strong relationships. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values learning and growth.
Educate & Advise
* Connect with clients via phone, video, and email—no cold calling.
* Help individuals and families understand insurance options, including IULs, annuities, life, health, and retirement planning.
* Provide tailored advice based on clients’ needs and goals.
Build Relationships & Support
* Develop long-term relationships by offering top-notch customer service.
* Manage an existing client portfolio and grow your business with a focus on IULs and annuities.
* Work with clients to create risk management plans for their future.
Meet Sales Goals & Grow
* Use proven sales strategies and networking to meet sales goals.
* Keep track of progress with simple reporting systems.
* Stay motivated with our remote training program, designed to help you succeed.
Stay Educated
* Keep learning about IULs, annuities, and the latest industry trends to better serve your clients.
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table:
Tech Savvy
* Experience with sales or accounting software is a plus, but not required.
* Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools.
Strong Communication & Analytical Skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—previous customer service experience is a bonus!
* Analytical mindset to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions, including IULs and Annuities.
Education & Training
* High school diploma required; a college degree is a plus.
* Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, including IULs, Annuities, and state and federal regulations.
* Dedication to completing 5-10 hours per week of training and client interactions.
Motivation & Growth
* Self-motivated to grow both personally and professionally within the insurance industry.
* Ability to pass a state licensing exam (don’t worry, we’ll provide the training!).
* Willingness to pass a background check.
* Eager to develop stronger communication and social skills in a client-focused role, helping clients find the best IUL and Annuity solutions for their financial goals.
* Open to embracing the insurance industry and becoming educated about its relevant state and federal regulations.
Compensation
$60,000 - $75,000+ at plan commission.
