Job Description:
Summary:
You will lead our ASIC R&D team in Switzerland, designing digital systems and building blocks for MEMS microphones. Together with other team members, you will develop high-performance, low-power ASICs from concept to high-volume production.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the project team to determine the digital architecture and design specification.
2. Perform RTL design & synthesis and supervise RTL-to-GDS conversion.
3. Develop a digital verification plan.
4. Verify the digital system and blocks with the digital verification engineer.
5. Design low-power audio signal processing architectures.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or related field.
2. 4+ years of experience in developing digital blocks/systems for high-performance mixed-signal integrated circuits.
3. Familiarity with the entire digital design flow and DFT.
4. Experience with sigma delta ADCs or audio signal processing is an advantage.
5. Proficient in EDA tools such as Cadence (Conformal, Genus, Tempus etc.).
6. Structured and methodological approach.
7. Strong team player.
8. Excellent communication skills in English.
