JOB PURPOSE: The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing and expanding our social media presence across Instagram primarily – not excluding that other platforms will be added in time, e.g., TikTok or LinkedIn. This role focuses on creating, scheduling, and analyzing content to effectively engage audiences, build brand awareness, and drive traffic to our online channels. The coordinator will also collaborate closely with the marketing team and club teams to align efforts with broader business objectives.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute targeted social media strategies that align with company goals, ensuring consistent growth and engagement across all platforms.
Content Creation: Craft compelling, high-quality content (text, images, and video) tailored for each platform, primarily Instagram, but also potentially TikTok and LinkedIn.
Scheduling & Consistency: Manage and maintain a regular posting schedule to ensure timely delivery of content, staying consistent with the brand’s voice and messaging.
Engagement & Community Management: Monitor and interact with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, fostering a positive and engaged community.
Performance Analytics: Track and evaluate social media campaign performance, providing detailed reports on key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and follower growth.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and industry best practices, and apply them to enhance the company’s online presence.
Target Achievement: Meet specific goals for follower growth, engagement, and other KPIs, as outlined by the regional manager.
Influencer Marketing: Recruit and manage influencers, leading influencer campaigns to promote the brand and increase visibility.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and club teams to align social media efforts with larger marketing and operational objectives.
Partnerships: Manage great cooperations with existing partners and constantly search for new ones.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Education Diploma in Marketing/Social Media
German and French-speaking, English as a second language
Love of frequent traveling by train (GA subscription will be provided)
Ability to work independently and self-driven
Outgoing, energizing, trustworthy, and convincing personality
Ability to connect to strangers easily and in a short time
Suitable appearance, blameless manners
Excellent time management, communication, and organization skills

We offer a hybrid working model with home office options, depending on your preferences. Our head office is located in 8942 Oberrieden, directly on Lake Zurich. There, you will have the privilege of using our private beach and its facilities, such as stand-up paddling and sunbeds. In your role, you will be out and about in our clubs in the city centers of Zurich, Lausanne, and Geneva.
