Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage tender processes with a strategic approach.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to define specifications and select the best suppliers.
3. Negotiate favorable terms and conditions to maximize value.
4. Oversee contract management and ensure supplier performance.
5. Analyze market trends and conduct supplier sourcing to stay ahead of the curve.
6. Monitor and challenge purchase requests to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Your Profile:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.
3. Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
4. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
5. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
6. Knowledge of IT procurement and banking environment is a plus.
7. Familiarity with DORA and FINMA 2023-1 circulars is advantageous.
