Descriptif
We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for an IT Service Desk Specialist. This role is permanent position based in Basel-Landschaft Canton.
Your Role:
1. Record, classify & document user requests in a ticket system.
2. Process tickets in 1st & 2nd level support.
3. Manage IT hardware & install & configure IT equipment (laptops, printers, peripherals, etc…).
4. Manage access authorizations (Active Directory, SAP, etc…).
5. Participate in projects & in the further development of the Service Desk.
6. Support users in dealing with IT applications.
7. Act as an Interface to the central IT organization (global helpdesk, network support, WLAN).
Your Skills:
8. At least 1 year of professional experience in IT Support.
9. A knowledge of Active Directory, Computer Hardware & Microsoft Office.
Your Profile:
10. Completed Apprenticeship in the IT Sector.
11. Analytical, structured, confident, communicative & a team player.
12. Business proficient English & German language skills are a mandatory requirement.
