Key Facts: SAP HR, SAP SF, Project Management, full on-site presence in Luzern.
Main tasks:
1. Implement and Roll Out Global HR Solutions: Extract, transform, and analyze raw HR data into meaningful insights.
2. Project Management: Collaborate with HR Business Process Owners, Internal IT, and external suppliers.
3. Global HR Collaboration: Work closely with the worldwide HR community to ensure alignment.
4. Expert-Level Support: Provide in-depth support for HR modules and processes, and offer knowledge transfer and training to the Solution Support Team.
5. Manage Authorizations: Build and maintain the HR authorizations concept.
6. SAP Release Management: Oversee updates and releases related to SAP systems.
Your qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Studies, or a related field.
2. Several years of experience in a multicultural team with cross-functional collaboration.
3. Expert knowledge of one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules.
4. Experience with reporting tools: Proficiency in SuccessFactors Story Reports and Microsoft Power BI.
5. Language skills: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
6. On-site work requirement: This role requires full on-site presence.
