What you'll do
We provide insights into the exciting job of communications in a fast-paced environment. The student supports the head of corporate communications Switzerland in promoting strategic and operational communication initiatives with focus on employee communications.
Your tasks will include:
Holistic support of our Swiss corporate communications lead
Writing, and editing articles, blog posts, mails, newsletters
Social media management: creating and posting posts on social networks
Technical support: upload, edit and publish content via our content management system
Video production: recording, processing of short contributions
Mapping and presentation of content and concepts in Power Point
What you bring
Master student (f/m/d) at a university or university in the field of journalism, communication, public relations, economics or related degree programs.
Mastery of MS Office, especially Power Point (create presentation slides), Outlook and Excel.
Knowledge of HTML or Web Publishing and CMS (Content Management Systems)
Knowledge of image and video editing programs, as well as production (Adobe Photoshop) are an advantage
Experiences in writing texts, blog posts (structure, structure, storyline)
Social media affinity: experience in writing, creating, posting posts in social networks (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
Experience in project management
Language skills: Fluent German/Swiss German, very good English skills - both spoken and written; French is an advantage

The Global Communication MEE (Middle & Eastern Europe) department supports this task within external and internal corporate communication in Central and Eastern Europe. We are looking for a working student to start on the next possible date to support SAP (Schweiz) AG communications in Zurich, Switzerland.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
