Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This pivotal role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Handle data entry and maintain accurate records in various systems, including QuickBooks.
3. Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations using Google Suite.
4. Manage incoming communications, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professionalism.
5. Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.
6. Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes as required.
7. Support the CEO with special projects and tasks as needed, ensuring deadlines are met.
8. Maintain an organised office environment to enhance productivity.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is preferred.
2. Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is essential.
3. Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
4. Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritising effectively.
7. Demonstrated proficiency in data entry and clerical tasks.
8. A professional attitude with a commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
