About the Role:
* We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting employees, providing advice and support, implementing personnel measures, and cooperating with our works council.
* This role requires strong communication and integration skills, as well as the ability to work independently and think critically.
* A university degree in business administration and at least 2 years of professional experience in HR or a related field are required.
* Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
* Familiarity with MS-Office, SAP R/3, and Workday is also desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruiting and selecting top talent to join our team
* Providing expert advice and support to employees on HR-related matters
* Implementing personnel measures, including performance management and disciplinary procedures
* Cooperating closely with our works council to ensure smooth labor relations
* Developing and implementing new processes and tools to improve HR efficiency
* Conceiving, supporting, and planning further training measures to enhance employee skills and knowledge
* Handling administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Qualifications and Skills:
* University degree in business administration
* At least 2 years of professional experience in HR, labour law, or works constitution law
* Very good English language skills, both written and spoken
* Outstanding communication and integration skills
* Open-minded and independent way of working
* Familiarity with MS-Office, SAP R/3, and Workday
