Responsibilities You will actively participate in all level 3 technical support activities.
You will coordinate, evaluate, and develop the skills of a small operational team.
You will work as part of a team at the customer's site.
You may be required to travel to a customer site in Switzerland (10%).
Your Skills CFC in Information Technology with several years of experience.
Engineering-level expertise in the Microsoft operating system, SCCM, and Microsoft back-end solutions (build process, onboarding, etc.) as well as other key environments such as iOS, MacOS, Android, etc.
Strong analytical skills, effective problem-solving methodology, and genuine service-oriented mindset.
Ability and willingness to develop in the operational coordination of the team in addition to technical activities.
French and English, spoken and written mandatory.
