- Develop and implement customer loyalty programs.
- Analyze customer behavior and adjust programs accordingly.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Agency department to integrate loyalty programs into overall marketing strategy.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of loyalty programs.
A min of 2 years of experience defining and creating loyalty programsENG C1, FR or GER B2
A successful Loyalty Program Coordinator should have:
- Strong knowledge of customer engagement and loyalty strategies
- Excellent project management skills.
- Proficiency in English. Other language skills in French or German are a plus.
- Experience in the FMCG/ Retail sector.
- Solid understanding of data analysis and customer behavior metrics.
