Photographer (100%).
The Job's Mission
As Photographer, you will be an integral part of the Design & Photography Team, which is a core component of IMD’s Marketing Department. You will produce high-quality visual content that enhances IMD's brand identity and marketing efforts. This position offers an exciting opportunity to capture both the essence of IMD’s day-to-day life and its key events. From candid shots on campus to official group photos, your role will involve a diverse range of photographic assignments that reflect IMD’s dynamic environment.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
* Photographic Coverage: Capture high-quality images of events, activities, and campus life, including official group shots for programs and alumni reunions, ensuring brand and tone-of-voice consistency.
* Post-Production: Handle editing, retouching, and image preparation for various formats (digital, print).
* Photo library: Regularly update IMD’s photo library (Digital Asset Management platform), ensuring images are stored and tagged following proper criteria.
* Staff Portraits: Execute photo shoots for staff members.
* Project Management: in tight collaboration with the Project Coordinator, manage photography assignments, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
Ideal profile
* 3-5 years of experience in Photography or Visual Arts, either freelance or in-house.
* Fluent in English, minimum of B2 level required.
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, with knowledge of lighting, composition, and photography techniques.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within teams and across departments.
* A strong eye for aesthetics, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with brand standards.
* Self-motivated, solutions oriented and can-do spirit, able to work under pressure and with last minute requests.
* Comfortable working with remote teams and maintaining effective communication
* Willingness to work on occasional evenings or weekends for event coverage.
* Passionate about photography, staying updated on trends and continuously seeking to improve.
