Responsibilites:
- Deliver first- and second-level IT support via phone, email, and remote access
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and upkeep of laptops, peripherals, meeting room technology, and mobile devices
- Provide guidance to colleagues on IT-related inquiries and troubleshooting steps
- Escalate advanced technical issues to senior team members or external service providers
- Contribute to IT-related projects under the supervision of the IT Operations Manager
- Perform administrative IT tasks, such as user access management
- Maintain and update internal IT documentation
- Coordinate with third-party vendors when necessary
- Gain hands-on experience in asset management, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory)
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support (including internships or personal projects)
- Eagerness to develop technical skills and grow in a professional IT setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, even in high-pressure situations
- Fluent in German and English
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is an advantage
- Knowledge of ITIL framework is beneficial but not required
