Job Description Be responsible for multiple (sub-)categories, defining category strategies and implementing those in alignment with business strategy
Manage portfolio of vendors and global ecosystem within the category
Manage relationships to priority vendors within the category throughout the whole life-cycle, including performance and KPIs management
Own RfXs and initiatives (e.g., savings, performance enhancement) within the category and perform negotiations for critical contracts and framework agreements
Support the Sales organization in joint sales engagements and foster Avaloq know-how amongst selected vendors
Qualifications 5+ years experience in category and vendor relationship management for IT or banking services
Proven track record in managing complex contracting setups and achieving commercial objectives in negotiations
University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a similar field
Fluent in English and advanced German skills; other languages would be an advantage
