Key Responsibilities
* Prepare comprehensive financial reports on a daily, monthly and seasonal basis.
* Monitor and record mini bar consumption, ensuring accurate inventory management.
* Collaborate with the team to conduct regular stocktakes, maintaining optimal levels of goods.
* Assist in administrative tasks related to Food and Beverage operations.
* Conduct spot checks to ensure compliance with standards.
* Support the purchasing process for F&B and non-food items across the entire hotel.
* Maintain communication with suppliers, resolving any issues efficiently.
* Inspect incoming goods for quality and quantity, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
* Process internal and external orders, ensuring timely delivery.
* Develop and maintain the MATRIX cash register system, ensuring seamless operation.
* Utilize the KOST merchandise management program to manage various goods movements, booking deliveries and controlling invoices accurately.
* Foster close collaboration with the F&B Operations, Kitchen and Groups & Events departments to achieve shared objectives.
Essential Requirements
* You have completed a commercial apprenticeship in the hotel industry or a hotel management school.
* Prior experience in similar roles within first-class hotels is highly desirable.
* In addition to your attention to detail, you possess flexibility, resilience, teamwork and enthusiasm.
* A strong understanding of MATRIX, KOST and PROTEL would be advantageous.
* Proficiency in German, Italian and/or French is a plus, as is the ability to communicate effectively in other languages.
* Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, Excel and Word, are mandatory.
