HALO is looking for an Inside Sales Representative focusing on Dealer Networks with 5+ years of proactive B2B sales experience to join an existing dynamic team! You will be tasked with learning and understanding our accounts with large dealer networks. Your role will require that you understand HALO capabilities and competitive advantages, generate meetings and penetrate new business within existing clients. You will also be responsible for customer acquisition which involves calling on existing accounts, client business referrals, or web leads. Finally, you must exhibit high levels of professionalism and establish excellent customer relationships, manage client projects and deliver creative promotional brand solutions. This role will be responsible for increasing sales and maintaining positive relationships between clients and Halo.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with assigned Account Executives and sales leadership to develop business, identify leads and leverage HALO solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with Dealers, Parts Managers, and Field Managers.
Serve as personal concierge to dealers who need assistance with orders, boutique planning, sales strategy.
Keep thorough records of past purchases, top selling items, regional preferences, and buying tendencies for the purposes of making easy future sales utilizing HubSpot.
Work with dealers on inventory management by providing them with retail best practices and ordering strategies.
Understand assigned Programs to sell inventoried and non-inventoried products such as closeouts, seasonal, and flash buy merchandise.
Utilize enablement tools on a regular basis to keep customer data updated, manage a healthy pipeline and advance opportunities as they progress.
Sales strategies will be executed through phone, social selling, email/digital and on-site visits.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in account management/sales or equivalent combination of education and experience
Promotional products industry experience required
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Established presentation skills and account management experience
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Detail oriented, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to deliver under deadlines with a high level of accuracy
Strong work ethic that supports working independently, under minimal supervision as well as the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with a dynamic range of people
Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and well-reasoned judgment
Proven ability to provide outstanding client service
Curious, flexible with a positive “can do” attitude
Ability to effectively provide, receive and respond positively to constructive feedback
Occasional overnight travel (less than 10% annually)
Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is between $46,500 and $83,000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors. At HALO, these include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, location, education and training, key skills, internal equity, external market data, and broader market and business considerations.
