This position reports to:
Global Project Management and Sales Operations Leader
Your role and responsibilities:
Own and run the sales operations processes, with a particular focus on the S&OP process.
Collaborate with various teams to support the deployment of the sales processes and functional competency programs in the assigned area.
Develop a robust network across local Sales units and factories to foster a long-term structured, sustainable process mindset.
Maintain and develop sales operations tools (Salesforce, Power Platform, Celonis, rBook, Copilot etc.).
Deploy and distribute common sales reports and market intelligence essential to the sales organization and the manufacturing units.
Support the deployment of KPIs and monitor the sales performance.
Qualifications for the role:
Undergraduate degree or above, in Business or any other field.
5+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Support or Operations (e.g., Planning & Fulfillment).
Experience with ABB Sales Operations Process(es).
Preferred: Experience with Project Business.
Strong influencing skills working across functions, geographies, and segments.
Basic knowledge with relevant tools: Salesforce, Power Platform, Celonis.
Fluent written and oral communications in English.
