ERP Senior Manager
We are seeking an experienced ERP Senior Manager to join our IT Department as the primary point of contact for optimizing the Order-to-Cash process and its key subcomponents.
Key Accountabilities:
* Impeccable end-to-end management of our OTC Service Plan, Build and Run our solution to meet the IT strategy and business requirements.
* Review business requests for service enhancements, as well as IT service changes requests for standards enforcement - then prioritize the work, in line with the solution / service strategy.
* Guide continuous improvement efforts for the solution, develop business cases, understand our users.
* Ensure the support of existing applications, solutions, systems through the adequate support center.
* Understand the impact of new technology and adapt plans and architecture accordingly.
* Govern IT security, compliance and IT audits.
* Effectively manage and strengthen vendor relationships.
* Formulate, negotiate and maintain SLA (Service Level Agreement).
* Measure and communicate key performance metrics; analyze data to discover opportunities for improvement.
* Create and maintain documentation for configuration throughout the system development lifecycle.
* Train super users / end-users on established programs.
* Communicate at relevant frequency key metrics.
Business and IT Organization Engagement:
* Manage communication and alignment with stakeholders (build strong relationships outside IT).
* Create excellent relationships within the other IT organizations.
* Act as a consultant / expert to other IT services as needed.
* Toward business management, be the escalation point for performance issues / outages.
* Develop your network, internally and externally and leverage it.
* Create lasting beneficial relationships with strategic external partners.
Financial Management:
* Meet or drive down budget allocated to the change / enhancement requests of our solution.
IT Inspiring Leader:
* Coach, mentor, provide constructive feedback and develop the IT organization.
* Lead the end-to-end optimization of the Order-to-Cash cycle, from order management and pricing to delivery and accounts receivable.
* Ensure seamless integration of the Order-to-Cash workflow within the ERP system, with an emphasis on improving cash flow and reducing cycle times.
* Facilitate close collaboration between sales, finance, and IT to enhance the Order-to-Cash process efficiency.
* Develop strategies to streamline billing, credit management, and payment processes, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
* Provide global program management, ensuring the achievement of objectives related to the Order-to-Cash cycle.
* Enforce robust project governance and controls specifically tailored to the Order-to-Cash components across dispersed Business and IT teams.
* Lead a comprehensive risk management plan with a focus on the Order-to-Cash sequence, ensuring the identification and mitigation of risks.
* Drive the post-implementation review and optimization of the Order-to-Cash processes, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
* Fluent in English, with proficiency in other European languages being a plus.
* Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
* Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in primary consulting firms and/or IT Departments of large corporations, with a demonstrated focus on ERP systems and the Order-to-Cash process.
* Proven expertise in managing and improving the Order-to-Cash cycle within an ERP environment, preferably SAP.
* Strong analytical skills, with an ability to understand and manage the detailed complexities of the Order-to-Cash process.
* Demonstrated change management and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving Order-to-Cash workflows.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at cross-functional teamwork and able to manage multiple project streams with a focus on the Order-to-Cash process.
* Proven ability to drive process improvement in Order-to-Cash within an ERP system and measure its impact through KPIs and benefit realization.
* Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, and a commitment to inclusivity and integrity in leading teams.
* EU Passport or Right to work in Switzerland.
