Responsibilities:
1. Manage general property administration tasks
2. Handle the telephone switchboard
3. Draw up and activate rental agreements
4. Select and screen applicants
5. Advertise and let properties
6. Respond to enquiries
7. Prepare final invoices
8. Close rent deposits
9. Allocate invoices to accounts
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous experience in property management is essential
2. Familiarity with GARAIO REM software is necessary
3. Proficiency in French is required
