Creative Manager – Are You a Visual Brand (Design/Video) Expert with Tech B2B Experience? Are you a creative graphic and multimedia designer who has experience working with technical B2B products? If so, we would love to hear from you as we search for an accomplished Creative Manager to join our BlueBotics marketing team.
Role & Responsibilities
The Creative Manager is a key member of the BlueBotics marketing team. An experienced and professional creative, you will be responsible for managing our company’s entire visual identity – including our end-user focused ingredient brand ‘ANT driven’ – to ensure our brand remains modern, appealing, market-relevant, and is deployed consistently across all touchpoints.
As our in-house video producer, graphic designer, and visual artist, you will work closely with our Creative Assistant – whom you will mentor and coach as part of your role – as well as our VP of Marketing, Content & Social Media Manager, and Trade Show/Project manager. You will also interact regularly with our commercial team, system engineers, and software developers, not to mention BlueBotics’ vehicle maker partners and end users, to produce relevant, engaging B2B content that educates and engages prospects and existing clients throughout the customer journey.
Your specific responsibilities will include:
Manage the company’s visual brand identity across all touchpoints (website, video, social networks, printed materials, packaging etc.).
Liaise with our in-house technical teams to understand, synthesize, and simplify complex concepts so that these can be understood by every customer and prospect.
Create unique, customer-relevant design concepts in line with our marketing strategy.
Develop all associated marketing assets: videos, graphics, illustrations, icons, logos, and page layouts. This may include occasional customer visits/shootings.
Conceptualize and manage video projects in line with our marketing strategy, including storyboarding, script conceptualization, and day-to-day management of our video agency.
Improve, expand and ensure the correct implementation of our BlueBotics Brand Guidelines.
Directly mentor our existing Creative Assistant.
Monitor and absorb the latest design trends, directions and tools to ensure our brand remains modern and appealing.
Work with other departments as required to continually improve our branding’s quality and consistency.
Manage related external suppliers (e.g. printers).
Qualifications
Proven graphic/digital/multimedia design experience across a range of channels (video, web/digital, social media, printed media etc.).
Strong video skillset, able to manage video projects from A-Z (direction, shooting, editing, and post-production, including color-grading, sound engineering etc.).
Degree in Digital/Graphic Design or related field.
Strong, customer-focused creative portfolio, ideally with direct B2B/industrial experience.
Fully literate in Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to plan, set and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with Mailchimp, Wordpress, Hubspot & basic HTML ideal.
Full professional proficiency in English and French. Other European languages (particularly German) a plus.
