We are responsible for ensuring that the office processes at our 11 locations in Switzerland and Vaduz run smoothly. Our tasks also include managing rental contracts and supervising construction projects. Project management is just as much a part of our day-to-day work as cooperation with external partners and the collection of relevant data relating to our processes, specialist areas and sustainability.
Work location would be either Zurich, Basel or Berne.
Skills and attributes for success
* A recognized diploma in Facility Management, Business Economics, Law or Real Estate Management
* 3-5 years of experience in facility management or real estate as well as experience with complex contractual facility management relationships
* Structured approach, methodically experienced
* Experience in project management
* Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to improvement
* Data analysis skills are an advantage
* Process management with a focus on lean management is an advantage
* Professional and appropriate interaction and expression with internal and external stakeholders, service-oriented
* Cost and efficiency sensibility
* An excellent level of German and/or English. Other languages such as French or Italian are also an advantage but not a must
