Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Reviews customer requests, contracts and purchase orders and negotiates mutually agreeable terms and conditions for commercial contracts with customers.
Responsible for administration of the "ten golden rules" regarding Sulzer contracts.
Creates and maintains contract files and contracts database.
Negotiates, maintains and renews customer legal contracts, master agreements, and alliance agreements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
J.D. or equivalent from accredited US law school. US license preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in corporate contract review and administration.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish; oral, written, read. Portuguese knowledge also a plus.
Effectiveness in interpersonal relations demonstrating diplomacy, cooperation, and maturity in responding to questions and resolving problems/issues that arise.
Professionalism and objectivity when dealing with coworkers and customers are essential characteristics.
