Your Mission - Strategy, Growth, and Impact
* Defining and executing the marketing strategy to scale user acquisition, retention, and brand presence across Europe.
* Managing key growth metrics, such as Monthly Active Users (MAU), Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC), and Lifetime Value (LTV).
* Collaborating with stakeholders to align marketing, product, and growth initiatives while managing external agencies.
* Building and leading a marketing team as the company scales.
* Implementing campaigns across paid and organic channels, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
* Enhancing brand visibility through PR, media coverage, and strategic partnerships.
Your Profile - Skills That Drive Success
* Proven experience in a similar marketing leadership role, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance across multiple channels.
* Expertise in app-focused marketing, including tools like Amplitude, AppsFlyer, and Customer.io.
* Background in user acquisition and retention in high-volume B2C industries (e.g., E-commerce, FinTech, or similar).
* A data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
* Ability to work effectively in a remote-first setup, with occasional travel for team off-sites and strategy meetings.
* Excellent communication skills in English; German or other European languages are a plus.
