Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled project manager to lead the development and implementation of key Retail Operations initiatives within the International Retail Excellence Department.
In this role, you will:
1. Lead retail operations initiatives related to systems and applications, acting as the key liaison between business needs and technical solutions.
2. Define the projects roadmap, ensuring alignment with Maison priorities and global goals.
3. Manage end-to-end project lifecycles.
4. Represent Maison's interests and ensure seamless collaboration and clear communication with Group stakeholders.
5. Foster Operational Excellence in boutiques, ensuring they are equipped with optimal tools to support daily operations.
6. Develop and distribute clear operational guidelines to ensure exceptional support to regional and boutique teams.
7. Lead change management initiatives to ensure boutique teams are fully supported.
