Your Role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial team player with drive and passion who has prior experience in marketing and enterprise sales. This mixed role involves creating quality marketing content, promoting it through multichannel campaigns, and handling pre-sales and customer success activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing
2. Create well-researched content as blogs, white papers, case studies, and PR content
3. Adapt content according to the audience and geographic markets, manage localization
4. Design and execute impactful multichannel marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn) to support sales growth
5. Propose tools for automation to save time
6. Find relevant industry events and organize participation
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and centralize knowledge
8. Search and qualify leads
9. Maintain a clean CRM, track commercial activity, and report
10. Book demos/calls to demonstrate the solution and understand prospect needs
11. Nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring they reach their objectives while using the solution
12. Collect clients' feedback to improve the solution and share with the team
13. Requirements
14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, (Swiss) German, and/or French
15. Strong understanding of B2B marketing and experience in content creation
16. Tech knowledge and interest in big data and enterprise IT tools
17. Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth
18. Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, science, or a related field
