Dun & Bradstreet seeks a Relationship Manager for our Sales Team in Urdorf. This critical role helps businesses unlock the full potential of our data and analytics solutions by managing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and tailored solutions to achieve their business objectives.
* Maintain and grow revenue streams through successful renewal management, win-back initiatives, and upselling.
* Develop strong relationships with both new and existing clients, identifying key contacts and expanding networks.
* Identify and secure new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and account development.
* Negotiate contracts, aligning multiple decision-makers and navigating complex sales processes.
* Ensure accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track sales activities and pipeline management.
* Collaborate with Client Success teams to enhance retention and ensure client satisfaction.
* Stay updated on industry trends and continuously seek learning opportunities to enhance your expertise.
What We're Looking For:
* A Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience in sales or relationship management.
* Proven track record in field sales or senior inside sales roles, with experience in managing client portfolios and exceeding quotas.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to assess client environments and identify growth opportunities.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment.
* Proficiency in sales methodologies, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Fluency in English and other languages relevant to the local market (German, Italian, or French) is strongly preferred.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous learning and collaboration.
