As a Fulfilment Solution Responsible, you support the Country Solution Responsible by acting as the main point of contact for the assigned IT fulfilment tool in your store. In addition, you are the reference person for all employees in your unit for IT fulfilment tools.
To be successful in this position we see you bring:
* University degree (Logistics, Economics, Business Administration or related) or 1-2 years of relevant working experience
* A passion for digital tools and strong computer skills, with knowledge of SQL as an advantage.
* You are a motivated and collaborative professional with a strong focus on customer-centric solutions. Your expertise in key IT tools, performance measurement, and process optimization enables you to lead operational excellence in the fulfilment unit.
* Good problem-solving attitude and experience in improving processes, system solutions and ways of working.
* Knowledge on how to prioritize and organize work to make the most efficient use of time available.
* Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal
* You are passionate about continuous learning, inspiring teamwork, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through every touchpoint.
A day in your life with us:
* Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned IT tool, ensuring communication and incident management.
* Manage communication and change management for new releases to ensure successful implementations.
* Provide training materials and work instructions to enable new and existing colleagues to work efficiently.
* Support the unit in improving performance metrics and processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
* Take responsibility for operational excellence and the development of workflows in the fulfillment area.
* Establish and continuously optimize the conditions for efficient execution of replenishment and fulfillment processes.
