About the Role
This exciting internal sales function involves providing comprehensive support to customers in a sales area, ensuring exceptional service at all times.
You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, actively promoting our products over the phone and guaranteeing timely delivery. Additionally, you will oversee the entire administrative sales process, from order entry to monitoring incoming payments or open items, handle customer inquiries, and participate in key customer meetings with the sales field service.
Close collaboration with sales managers and the merchandising team is also essential.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
1. A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in textile or apparel management
2. Initial work experience in internal sales and/or sales is desirable
3. Proficient user and IT skills (MS-Office, SAP R/3)
4. Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written, with an additional foreign language preferred
5. Strong communication and organizational skills
6. Intrinsic motivation to drive business activities forward
7. Quick perception and structured approach to work
8. A positive mindset and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
