We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Controls Manager to oversee and manage project controls for a high-profile pharmaceutical project. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the project's delivery within the defined scope, budget, and schedule, while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company standards. This role requires a proactive leader with strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of the project.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Project Controls Manager in the pharmaceutical, construction, or engineering industries.
* Proficiency in project control tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software.
* Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, risk management, and project lifecycle principles.
* Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GMP, FDA, MHRA).
* Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
* Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CCP (Certified Cost Professional), or AACE certifications are highly desirable.
* Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
* Knowledge of construction and commissioning processes within pharmaceutical facilities.
