Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service.
Your responsibilities will include providing face-to-face IT support to users, installing and maintaining hardware, diagnosing technical issues, and testing system changes. You will also be responsible for managing small projects related to new hardware or software installations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Face-to-Face IT Support of Users
* Hardware Installation, Maintenance, and Removal
* Technical Issue Diagnosis and Resolution
* System Change Testing and Script Development
* Small Project Management for Hardware and Software Installations
* Software Updates and Patch Management using SCCM
Requirements:
* 2-3 Years of Experience in a Technical ICT Environment
* General End-User Technology Knowledge
* End-User Workspace Platforms (Discovery, Asset Management, Client Management)
* End-User Microsoft Platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM)
* ITSM Tool Set (Ticket Management Software) Preferred
* Excellent English and French Language Skills (Written and Spoken)
