Job Title: Head of Sales System Integration
You will be responsible for supervising sales managers in datacenter, workplace, and network solutions. This includes resource management, staff training, recruiting, managing proposal preparation, coaching, and strategic development and execution of the go-to-market plan.
Key Responsibilities
* 1. Support staff in their personal and professional development through individual coaching and enhancing communication quality with customers.
* 2. Ensure domain activities commercial growth aligns with expectations.
* 3. Cultivate productive working relationships with internal sales teams and domain partners.
* 4. Actively manage team performance in terms of quantity and quality, addressing escalations, and optimizing resource allocation.
* 5. Monitor reports, attend and facilitate team meetings, and work with department management on staff compensation, hiring, and onboarding.
Requirements
* A strong background in sales experience in the technology sector.
* Extensive experience in management roles with expertise in technical and business management.
* Very good knowledge of the IT partner ecosystem (People & Solution).
* Excellent technical understanding and strong customer orientation.
Leadership Qualities
* Several years of relevant sales experience.
* Very good leadership skills.
* Excellent knowledge of Swiss-German customers and technology partners.
