Your Tasks
* Processing and coordinating spare parts orders from Subsidiaries and Service Centers
* Monitoring of parts availability within the global Pilatus network
* Responding to spare parts related queries
* Interfacing between internal departments such as logistics, procurement, accounting, export compliance, engineering, etc.
* Processing of spare parts offers
With this you convince us
* Technical or commercial education
* Customer Service experience, especially in aviation considered as a plus
* Experienced with ERPs preferably SAP
* Ability to prioritize as required by urgency and taking ownership as well as naturally manage your stakeholders
* Working independently but being a team player at the same time
