Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting Mandate Management: Oversee and process accounting mandates for national and international clients, including preparation of annual accounts, monthly reporting, VAT statements, and standard conversions. Supervise the work of team members, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high-quality standards.
2. Customer Solutions: Analyze client needs and provide practical solutions, tailoring services to meet their unique requirements and expectations.

5. Business Development: Identify new opportunities within the existing customer portfolio and contribute to the sale of national and international accounting services, driving revenue growth and expanding the company's presence in the market.
6. Project Management: Manage complex projects with autonomy, working in a flexible environment that encourages innovation and adaptability.
Minimum Requirements
1. Professional Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in accounting, preferably in Switzerland, with a focus on fiduciary or international companies, and proficiency in IT tools.
2. Qualifications: Ideally hold a certification as an Expert in Accounting and Controlling, Fiduciary, or be in training to obtain it, or possess an equivalent higher diploma.
3. International Standards: Familiarity with international accounting standards, including IFRS, US GAAP, and Swiss GAAP FER, with previous work experience in companies applying these standards.
4. Software Proficiency: Knowledge of the ABACUS software package and/or other accounting programs.
5. Languages: Fluency in English and German.
6. Skillset: Possess business development skills, be rigorous and organized, and enjoy working in a team.
