You are responsible for supporting, configuring, and maintaining our Salesforce platform to ensure optimal usage, performance and alignment with business needs. This role will collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to implement high-quality solutions and enhancements leveraging the Salesforce platform. Therefore strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders are required.

This is what you can move
1. Manage support and maintenance activities for the Salesforce platform globally including bug fixing, problem solving, data management activities and Sandbox refresh
2. Perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configuration and customization
3. Collaborate with business and IT teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements
4. Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, approval processes, and other standard/custom functionalities
5. Develop and implement Salesforce solutions, including customizations and configurations from prototyping to deployment in Production
6. Document technical specifications related to Salesforce configurations and customizations
7. Perform unit testing and integration testing of delivered Salesforce related solutions
8. Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features and functionality to recommend improvements and enhancements to existing systems
What you bring along
9. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
10. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, with Salesforce Certified App Builder preferred
11. Minimum 3 years’ experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and process builder as well as customizations and integrations
12. Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex programming language, JavaScript, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and JS Frameworks with API integrations to cloud and back-office systems
13. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
14. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
