Job code 4756 - metropolitan area Berne - Start of employment upon agreement These are your tasks Conducting audits of all GxP services provided by Sodexo for pharmaceutical contracts
Manage your own resources to ensure that quality and compliance services are provided in accordance with pharmaceutical contracts and that Sodexo's operational teams are fully supported in terms of quality and compliance
Implementing Sodexo's global quality management system, as relevant
Working with pharmaceutical contracts and Sodexo teams to investigate causes, analyze and implement corrective and preventive actions, particularly when GxP and/or QA deficiencies are identified
Conducting investigations and special projects as required by Sodexo's local management and the Centre of Excellence Quality and Compliance team
Advising and supporting employees in the areas of operations, quality and compliance as well as conducting training on GxP and QMS topics
Establish a system to monitor legislation and introduce a program to keep operations informed of changes that affect the business
Support the business development team in submitting offers and securing new business
Carry out various processes (e.g. QMS / documentation control, change control, risk management, non-conformance and CAPA management, 3rd party management) in compliance with relevant standards
Monthly reporting to the Quality Director and presenting quality-related topics
Actively participate in meetings and projects and continuously contribute to improvement
What we expect from you Scientific degree / Risk management required
Solid foundation and practical experience of working in the pharmaceutical environment, particularly in the areas of quality, laboratories and facility management
Experience in project management
In-depth knowledge of working in a pharmaceutical regulated (GxP) environment and engaging style to successfully deliver GxP training
Good knowledge of auditing (Pharmaceutical / Lifesciences and Third Party suppliers)
Ability to write persuasive and effective reports and communications
Strong analytical skills as well as high flexibility
Ability to work independently and manage a complex workload
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) required, as well as the ability to recognize the values in different cultures and to acknowledge different ways of working
Good teamwork and self-management skills
An ambitious, proactive and persuasive personality
Fluent in German and English, French an advantage
