Job Overview
* Provide first-level technical support and resolve user issues efficiently.
* Evaluate and escalate unresolved queries to higher levels of support, ensuring timely resolution.
* Maintain accurate records, documentation, and closure using ServiceNow.
* Configure PCs and laptops according to established standards.
* Set up user profiles, providing customization as per standards and user requirements, along with basic onboarding training.
* Manage mobile device configurations.
* Research questions and resolve each interaction with high customer satisfaction.
* Deliver precise reporting to management.
* Contribute to automated PC updates and deployments through scripting.
* Support IT logistics, including cabling, PC moves, stock/inventory management.
* Perform first-level system and network administration tasks.
* Assist in deploying and managing workplace technology, including meeting room technology and monitoring systems.
* Participate in daily system administration duties.
Required Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of:
* Windows 10/11, Office/MS365 installation and administration, Windows Server 2019-2022.
* Digital World Technology, MS365/Azure cloud solutions, internet browser administration.
* Client-side networking (VPN, WiFi, client network config, TCPIP/DNS).
* Enterprise Client deployment systems (MDT, Intune, ManageEngine Endpoint Central asset management).
* Familiarity with cloud services, physical servers, and virtualization technologies.
* Remote support techniques.
* Comprehension of Life Cycle & Support management (ITIL etc.).
* Meeting room technology.
* Monitoring systems.
The Ideal Candidate
* Possess a Swiss CFC (IT, Electronic) or higher education degree, certifications an asset.
* Hold 2-3 years of professional experience.
* Be fluent in French and English (at least technically). Excellent communication skills required.
* Display an excellent customer service attitude and problem-solving abilities, backed by experience.
* Be willing to continually update qualifications by analyzing technical issues.
* Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
* Show a sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
* Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and open to occasional travel.
* Will to create and maintain documentation.
