Your Profile
* Completed training as a toolmaker or polymechanic.
* Several years of experience in wire-cutting and/or die-sinking EDM.
* Experience in handling 5-axis machines is an advantage.
* Knowledge of Heidenhain control is advantageous.
* You are enthusiastic about high-tech materials.
* You can work independently and take personal responsibility.
* Fluency in German or English and a willingness to learn the basics of the other language are required.
Our Team
Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has two locations: the Audi Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) and the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland). The Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. The planned takeover by AUDI AG turns two teams into a factory team – and you can be part of it. You need the mindset of an athlete. Your Mission
* You will manufacture parts and components for our racing cars.
* You will perform wire-cutting and die-sinking EDM work.
* You will create wire-cutting programmes using PEPS CAM software.
* You will work independently at a 5-axis machining centre.
* You will set up and run the programmes created on the CAM according to the specified parameters.
* You will ensure the highest quality and reliability of the work results.
* You will be responsible for the timely completion of orders.
* You will work in a two-shift operation.
