GLOBAL E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS MANAGER 100%

In this exciting position, you drive the seamless execution of IWC Schaffhausen’s global e-commerce operations by optimizing processes, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional online customer experience.
YOUR MISSION AT IWC.
E-Commerce Performance
- Own the IWC e-commerce (Web / CRC) revenue and related KPIs together with the Head of DTC.
- Leverage data analytics and other business intelligence to support the overall commercial roadmap priorities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales management teams to align e-commerce- & CRC-initiatives with broader commercial objectives.
- Produce reports and documentation to keep stakeholders and management up to date.
E-Commerce Operations
- Overview of the global e-commerce assortment with markets and ensure stock availability together with supply chain teams.
- Manage the global online catalogue of products
- Responsible for e-commerce branding by assuring the business continuity of the PLV / packaging ordering flow and flow optimization.
- Lead global operational projects for CRC and support on the e-business CRM journeys.
- Manage customer accounts and provide support, addressing issues or concerns to assure high customer satisfaction.
- Regular audit processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with luxury standards.
Omnichannel Projects
- Business improvement and development projects for our e-business, incl. CRC training initiatives
- Support operations for special projects with commercial impact.
- Support the omnichannel DTC-experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance seamless customer journeys across touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE JOURNEY.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting, high luxury industry experience is a plus.
- Experience with SAP, SalesForce, or other relevant e-commerce platforms is a strong plus.
- Excellent project management competencies, including but not limited to planning & organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with different stakeholders and counterparts.
- Ability to analyze data & provide C-Level insights to drive the strategy.
- Be a self-starter and results-driven, be an enthusiastic team player.
- Build and deliver comprehensive and impactful written and oral communications.
- Analytical mindset and a data driven approach.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), French and/or German are a plus.
