Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team at our newly opening Japanese fine dining restaurant in Zurich. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining service, excellent leadership skills, and a deep appreciation for Japanese hospitality.Key Responsibilities:Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiencesTrain, mentor, and lead the service team in Japanese fine dining etiquetteMaintain a refined, seamless, and personalized service environmentCoordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service executionManage reservations and guest relations with professionalismEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulationsRequirements:3–5 years of experience in fine dining or 5 star Hotel. Strong knowledge of fine dining and hospitality standardsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsFluent in English; German and/or Japanese is a plusAbility to work evenings and weekends.
