We need an experienced and passionate Senior Client Manager to join our Geneva (GVA) Client Services team – helping to lead the daily client partnership with one of FPP’s biggest clients.
We’re looking for someone excited, proactive, and determined to get stuck in straight from day one. Someone with experience working in a fast-paced agency environment who can deliver and help to develop FPP’s work with our client’s world-class FMCG innovation & engagement centre.
You’ll be interpreting our senior clients’ needs and writing clear briefs for multiple agency teams: seeing each brief as more than just a job to deliver – but as an opportunity to expand FPP’s impact & influence. You will have an overwhelming desire to not only secure existing business but to grow our overall business and sell the agency’s expertise.

So what would you be doing?
You’ll be the key contact for FPP’s partnerships with our client's Innovation Centre in Geneva, reporting to the Senior Client Director responsible for our work across our client's wider Innovation Centre network.
The positive, friendly face of the agency for our key client, you’ll help to deliver a brilliant client experience and keep our daily work running smoothly.
You’ll be wide-eyed and inquisitive: building your knowledge of the clients’ business and spotting opportunities; and transforming those into added value and additional revenue for the agency.
You’ll be energetic and proactive, demonstrating your desire to own the process and enable FPP to succeed.
But you won’t be alone.
You’ll be supported by other members of the Client Services team as well as our planning, creative and production departments to scope, design and deliver a wide variety of projects for our client’s world-class FMCG innovation & engagement centre.
You'll be:
1. Working with our key client(s) and the wider client service teams to scope, brief, design and deliver FPP’s content work within the centre:
* Collaborating with our key clients to build & refine project briefs
* Working with senior agency leaders to identify appropriate ways to develop and deliver our project approach
* Leading day-to-day project delivery for work across the space
* Working with the client service & production teams to interpret, acknowledge and respond to client feedback & input – helping to guide and evolve our work from first brief to final deliverable
1. Leading the day-to-day communication with our key client(s) and across the agency
* Ensuring our key clients are aware of project statuses for the various pieces of work being undertaken across the centre
* Managing daily budget tracking and overall project commercial performance
* Working within a wider innovation centre team to share knowledge, project content, and opportunities for continuous improvements across several innovation centres operated by the same client
2. Approaching your daily work with an attitude of positivity, proactivity, and desire to innovate:
* Sharpening, enhancing, and expanding our daily briefs - making FPP's work shine and getting the most out of every opportunity within the Innovation Center
* Building a network of trusted client partners by understanding them as ambitious people and professionals – and ensuring we enable them to perform and progress
* Identifying areas for both commercial and creative growth across our clients’ business, and working with a wider team to discuss and pursue them
3. Using your experience to help support the learning and development of other FPP team members across the agency.
What will you already have?
Must haves:
* 6+ years relevant agency experience (FMCG experience is preferable)
* Enviable communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise across a busy client account
* Strong experience and passion for delivering digital, technology, and content projects
* A fun and formidable people person – someone who loves getting to know new people
* You’ll be emotionally intelligent and packed with common sense – able to understand and interpret what the client really wants
* Expert fluency in English (our working language) – equivalent to C2 level if you are familiar with the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR)

How & where we work
The success of this role relies on a significant amount of time spent both within the client’s Innovation Center and within the agency – but can provide flexibility when & where it’s appropriate.
