Job Overview
The Partners Group Financial Analyst Program offers recent university graduates with strong credentials a chance to start an exciting and challenging career as an investment professional with a world-leading private markets investment firm.
* Financial Analysts will experience year-long rotations among five asset classes: Private Equity, Private Debt, Private Infrastructure, Private Real Estate, and Private Markets Royalties
* Analysts will gain valuable exposure working in collaboration with various teams across the firm globally
* Analysts will participate in a formal four-week training program and gain hands-on experience through the entire investment process before starting their first rotation
Successful candidates will commit to 2-3 years in the program, gaining financial and analytical skills needed for a career in private markets investing. After completing 2-3 rotations, analysts will permanently join one of the teams they rotated with. Rotations can be based in our global headquarters in Zug or European offices in London, Munich, and Paris.

Eligibility
The Financial Analyst Program is open to students in the final year of undergraduate and graduate level studies with top marks in their discipline. Candidates from any field of study are welcome, provided they demonstrate genuine interest in private markets. Up to 1 year of relevant full-time working experience is also considered.
