As Social Media Manager you will:
1. Strategy and Planning:
1. Develop and execute social media strategies to grow and engage ICN’s online community
2. Plan and manage campaigns across X, Telegram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram and emerging Web3 platforms
3. Align social media efforts with ICN’s broader marketing goals and brand vision incl. alignment with team and community activities on platforms such as Discord
2. Content Creation and Community Engagement:
1. Create and schedule high-quality content tailored for different Web3 audiences
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive storytelling across all platforms
3. Engage with the community daily, fostering discussions, responding to queries, and amplifying user-generated content
4. Drive engagement with other communities within the DePIN and wider Web3 space
5. Host X-Spaces and other live events
3. Data-Driven Growth and Optimisation:
1. Work with the Head of Marketing to set up monthly reports and define a data centric approach for upcoming campaigns
2. Track key metrics such as engagement rates and follower growth to refine strategy
3. Set clear goals and KPIs to measure and improve the effectiveness of social media campaigns
4. Leverage insights from social analytics tools to continuously optimise content and outreach efforts
4. Trend Monitoring and Industry Insights:
1. Monitor and stay ahead of the latest Web3 trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms
2. Identify and execute opportunities to position ICN as a thought leader in the decentralised space
Qualities for Success:
* 3+ years of experience within Social Media Management
* Crypto-native, deeply immersed in Web3 culture
* Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to craft content that speaks to different Web3 personas
* Proven track record in data-driven social media growth – experience optimising campaigns based on performance analytics
* Experience with various social media tools and analytics platforms
* Bonus skills:
1. Knowledge of cloud and/or decentralised physical infrastructure (DePIN) trends
2. Experience with performance marketing
