End User Experience Architect - Microsoft / Finance
Our client is looking for an End User Experience Manager - Microsoft to reinforce his team.
Mission / Role
Responsible for the liaison between the end consumers of IT and the IT teams to deliver the right solution.
Provide technical leadership to the End User Experience team and liaison back into the business.
Build relationships with internal teams.
Have a role of architect on Microsoft tools.
Define the technology overmap and solutions for all 2nd and 3rd level support.
Technical skills
Expert understanding of Active Directory, GPO's and client O/S management.
Microsoft Exchange.
Knowledge of Exchange online including migration of on premise services.
A working knowledge of SharePoint online, One Drive & Azure AD.
An understanding of access management including MFA.
Executive and VIP support needs.
Knowledge of MDM and client management technical solutions.
5 years experience managing a technical team for both solutions and support.
