Job Responsibilities
* Compliance with hotel-specific standards and quality management
* Daily detailed inspection of suites and rooms on assigned floors
* Introduction and training of employees regarding standards, thorough cleanliness, and work processes
* Supervision and control of housekeeping staff
* Management of the daily turn-down service (couverture)
* Allocation of amenities on floors
* Allocation of cleaning and work equipment for all employees
* Acting as a role model for subordinate employees
Requirements
* Vocational training as a hotel manager or housekeeping manager
* Apprenticeship graduates welcome
* Very good knowledge of work processes in area of responsibility
* Leadership qualities and good communication skills
* Eye for detail
* Language skills in D, E (any other language an advantage)
* Regardless of age: what counts are your qualifications, passion, and enjoyment of the job
