Position Overview The Business Lead Switzerland and Austria will be responsible to lead and coordinate all commercialization activities in Switzerland and Austria including strategy, marketing, sales, country specific operations, reimbursement and budget management in collaboration with the cross functional team. This position is field based / remote in Switzerland and will report to the Group Country Manager DACH. Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following: Lead the marketing & sales efforts to maximise the utilisation of Exact Sciences products across Switzerland and Austria to achieve or exceed target sales. Develop and execute country specific strategic and tactical plans to maximise opportunities within budget. Work closely with Medical to develop and implement a medical strategy to address the requirements in both countries. Ensure logistical support to all relevant personnel within cancer centres to ensure the effective and efficient ordering of Exact Sciences assays. Drive local Market Access opportunities in collaboration with the Market Access Manager. Develop strong relationships with key customers and other relevant stakeholders across the markets to support business growth. Direct the day to day sales & marketing activities working closely with the Key Account Managers and the Medical Affairs Director. Manage and drive business opportunities in selected new and existing accounts and drive sales in the territory. Provide strategic direction for Switzerland and Austria in establishing Exact Sciences corporate presence and prepare the markets for all agreed Exact Sciences products. Development and delivery of presentations to manager, senior management and/or internal stakeholders as required. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization. Ability to travel 40% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors Degree. 5+ years of experience in marketing/sales in the pharmaceutical/biotech/medtech or diagnostics industry, ideally within oncology. In depth knowledge of the markets in Switzerland and / or Austria. Native German speaker or comparable, fluent in English. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
