Your Tasks:
Coordination of machine acceptances with customer project managers and support in the acceptance process. Installation, commissioning at customer sites and internal/external training at customer sites. Supporting project managers in the acceptance process. Preparing machines ready for acceptance, including software, PLC, application, etc. Creation of electrical diagrams and spare parts lists for customer-specific systems. Support for customer support teams and technical support during customer visits (travel share approx. 20-30%). Collaboration in the design of new products. Implementation and promotion of the continuous improvement process (CIP) within the area of responsibility.
Your Profile:
Degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering with a focus on mechanical or plastics engineering. Sound experience in commissioning and training of capital goods. Knowledge of PLC controls, application, etc. is desirable. Very good knowledge of English.
