Could you be the full-time Project Quality and Safety Manager in Zurich, Switzerland we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive expertise in quality and safety management to a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and proactive teammates.
You'll ensure the project's quality and safety by coordinating all related activities, fostering a culture of excellence and risk mitigation. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including customer quality, engineering, and sourcing), conduct critical assessments of sub-systems and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of interfacing with customer quality and safety teams, establishing and applying the Project Quality plan, and managing non-conformities and safety issues, but also facilitating problem-solving during project execution.
We’ll look to you for:
Supporting the project team in quality and safety assurance
Contributing to the criticality assessment of sub-systems
Supporting the preparation of gate reviews and follow-up actions
Reporting quality and safety alerts
Ensuring the quality of modifications and safety assessments
Controlling project deliverable compliance through inspections and audits
Improving tender quality and implementing corrective and preventive actions

1 year of experience in Quality Management
Experience with Quality tools and problem-solving techniques
Awareness of processes and products delivered in projects
Knowledge of Quality standards (ISO9001, IRIS, ECM, etc.)
Experience in operational activities and documentation management
Fluency in English; German is a plus (optional - strong asset)
Strong communication, collaboration, and team working skills
Familiar with software configuration management techniques and tools.
