Talent Acquisition Specialist
For a 6 months temporary position at 100%
In this role, you will play a key part in attracting and hiring top talent across their global operations. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while promoting the employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing channels.
* Provide an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
* Support employer branding initiatives by representing the company at events and online.
* Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
