Sales Manager
Your Mission
As a Sales Manager at Cybelec SA, you will report directly to the Managing Director and be responsible for managing key accounts.
* Support and advise clients on their sales-related queries.
* Follow up with representations and service partners worldwide.
* Develop strategies to increase market share through new customer acquisition and partner network expansion.
* Implement sales policies and marketing strategies.
* Promote Cybelec's presence at international trade fairs and in the media.
* Participate in sales budgeting and forecasting exercises.
Your Profile
* Minimum 10 years of experience in direct sales management within the machine industry.
* Proven track record in international sales.
* Techincal knowledge in machine control is an asset.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
* A winning mentality with exceptional closing skills.
* Excellent communication skills in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
* Willigness to travel extensively worldwide.
* Proficiency in IT tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
