Your Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage repair introduction projects for PW4000, CFM56, PW1100G, and Leap-1A/-1B engines.
* Establish a repair project structure and plan, including First Article Inspection (FAI) and documentation.
* Manage the project according to plan, defining mitigations as necessary.
* Maintain close communication with all stakeholders involved.
* Request required OEM documents (technical data, approvals) and manage data exchange.
* Publish and consolidate the entire repair documentation, ensuring it is available in the system.
* Provide support to Quality, Process Engineering, and Tooling Engineering during process audits.
Your Qualifications
* Scientific or Technical degree (EQF Level 6 or Level 7 or equivalent).
* Practical experience with manufacturing technologies.
* Proficiency in English (B1), with German recommended.
* Proactive and flexible character with a strong achiever mentality.
